Friendly staff and no noise from outside in to room.

Hotel needs urgently renovation, rooom and bathroom were in quite bad shape.

It is important to know there are two Sakura Hotels both owned by the same person. I was booked into the inferior looking Sakura Hotel but across the road is the superior Sakura Grand Hotel so I upgraded to this hotel for an extra 400 baht per night. The room was large, decorated like an old 4 star hotel, lots of tv channels, plenty hot water. Room rate made this excellent value.

Greeted by large pubic hair on toilet floor! Lift bell is annoying. No alcoholic drinks in bars in lobby but beer in fridge. Lobby staff not very helpful or friendly.

The location is great and the family room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast (Sakura Grand hotel infront) was also very good. The shopping area (Central, Lee Garden, Robinson Kim Yong etc.) are in walking distance.

No Wifi.

At the first floor of Sakura grand view hotel , breakfast was very good and delicious. and can connect computer of internet at lobby. so good.
